THE AUTOR - SILVIA D'ACHILLE
After completing her university studies in Venice, in 2003 she moved to Florence to work for a publishing house. A lifelong enthusiast of reading and writing, she specialized in the preschool sector and in early readers. For twenty years she worked in editing, editorial planning, series development, and text writing. She is currently a freelance editor and an author of books for children.
She has published with Giunti, Il Battello a Vapore, Il Castoro, and Gribaudo.
She is the artistic director of Leggenda, the reading and listening festival in Empoli.
